RedHook Announce 2024 ‘Breaking Up With’ National Tour

Sydney-based rock band RedHook has announced a major national tour to promote their powerful new single, “Breaking Up With”, released on April 12th.

The band will be joined by an impressive lineup of support acts such as The Beautiful Monument, Eat Your Heart Out, and Patient Sixty-Seven.

The tour will kick off at Ngunnawal/Canberra’s UC Hub on Friday, 30th August, followed by Naarm/Melbourne’s 170 Russell on Friday, 6th September, and the tour will conclude with a final show in Meanjin/Brisbane’s The Triffid on Saturday, 14th September.

RedHook’s Lead vocalist Emmy Mack shared her excitement via a press release statement: “It’s been 16 months between Soju shots, but we’re ready for a full send! We couldn’t be more excited to hit the road with this insanely good lineup. I’m very excited for the ladies’ bathroom to be extra crowded on this tour and to hang with all our legendary fans, who are the entire reason we do what we do. See you in the saxophone circle pit!”

“Breaking Up With” is RedHook’s second new release for 2024, following “Scream 2” in February. Both tracks, along with “Tourist” from last November, will be part of an upcoming long-form release, set to follow their debut album “Postcard From A Living Hell,” released independently last April.
