Northlane have announced a run of regional tour dates for later in the year. The tour will cap off 2022 for the group, with the shows kicking off on 17th November and running until 17th December.
Beginning in Wagga Wagga in November, the tour will stop at venues in Wollongong, Ipswich, Caloundra, Geelong, Frankston, and Hobart across the coming month. Northlane will also make a stop in Penrith, Western Sydney, which will be their first hometown show in a decade.
Northlane – ‘Carbonized’
The tour follows on from the release of Northlane’s sixth album, Obsidian, which arrived in April and became the second chart-topping album of their career and first since 2015’s Node. Combining the group’s trademark metalcore and djent sound with synths, techno, drum & bass, and intricate time signatures, Obsidian was described as “transcendental” by Blabbermouth and praised for being exploratory “without being jarring” by Kill Your Stereo.
Northland will be joined by Windwaker throughout the regional tour, as well as local supports at each stop. Full schedule and ticketing details are available below, with tickets on sale from Friday, 16th September.
