Alex Williamson Has Been Dropped By His Management After “Abusive” Behaviour Allegations

UPDATE 03/05/21: Alex Williamson Has Been Dropped from Both Sydney and Perth Comedy Festivals

Comedian Alex Williamson has been dropped by his management team after the allegations of “abusive” and “predatory” behaviour that were made against him earlier this week.

As shared by Pedestrian.TV, More Talent management revealed in a statement that Williamson was dropped due to his alleged behaviour, and how it doesn’t align with the company’s values.

“(In) light of recent unacceptable events, More Talent have terminated our relationship with Alex Williamson,” the statement to PTV read.

PTV also got their hands on a leaked email sent to the talent roster of the company, which said Williamson’s actions were “completely inappropriate” and “unacceptable.”

The email also said “we do not and cannot be seen to condone behaviour such as is alleged, nor the tone or content of his responses.”

ICYMI, pop singer Peach PRC came out earlier this week with a statement saying Williamson had, in the past, exhibited “abusive” and “predatory” behaviour.

Williamson refuted the claims in a series of scathing Instagram stories, where he also accused Peach of predatory behaviour. He then went on to comment on Peach’s looks, and ask what was wrong with a “29-year-old going after a 19-year-old”.

Williamson has yet to make a public comment about the end of his relationship with More Talent.
